Keto Espresso Martini

This is one of the quintessential after dinner drinks! Sweet, but not cloying and just enough caffeine to keep you going! Yummmmm.

  1. Pour 2 oz strong coffee in shaker glass. We used instant espresso, but 2 oz of any coffee will be fine!
  2. Add vodka, allulose and vanilla.
  3. Add 1 cup ice.
  4. Shake vigorously.
  5. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with instant coffee.
  6. Repeat if necessary!
