- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- SiftKetonia mix, blend what doesn’t sift, and sift again.
- Blend eggs in asmall blenderfor 30 seconds. Add almond milk, blend for 30 seconds. Add Ketonia mix, 1 tbsp swerve, and nutmeg in and blend until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes. Place butter in a heavy 8-inch oven-safeskilletand place in the oven. As soon as the butter has melted (watch it so it does not burn), add the batter to the pan. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden. Remove pancake from the oven, cut into wedges. Slice strawberries thin and toss with 2 tbsp of swerve. Top with powdered swerve and sweetened strawberries.
