Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies are everyones fave. Have you ever offered one to someone and had them say "Oh no., I don't like homemade chocolate chip cookies?" I thought not. These are just as delish as the ones mom used to make but without the guilt! Dunked in to your favorite nut milk or used with keto ice cream to make Killer ice cream Sammies? Ya, these are the real deal!

  1. Preheat oven to 325*
  2. Whisk baking mix, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Using the paddle attachment of Kitchen Aid, cream butter and both Swerves sweeteners till fluffy.
  4. Add room temperature egg and vanilla. Mix till combined.
  5. Add baking mix and mix till fully combined.
  6. Add Lilys chocolate chips and mix till evenly distributed.
  7. Using a scoop or tablespoon, drop cookie dough on parchment lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes turning pan (s) halfway through.
  9. These won't last long, but if they do , keep the in a zip top bag to keep fresh.
