- Preheat oven to 325*
- Whisk baking mix, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Using the paddle attachment of Kitchen Aid, cream butter and both Swerves sweeteners till fluffy.
- Add room temperature egg and vanilla. Mix till combined.
- Add baking mix and mix till fully combined.
- Add Lilys chocolate chips and mix till evenly distributed.
- Using a scoop or tablespoon, drop cookie dough on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes turning pan (s) halfway through.
- These won't last long, but if they do , keep the in a zip top bag to keep fresh.
