Method
- Place almonds in zip bag and using a rolling pin, break almond into pieces.
- Fill a medium saucepan with 1-2 inches of water. Bring to a simmer
- Pour chocolate into heat proof bowl and place over simmering water. Do not let water touch bottom of bowl. Still gently until smooth and melted.
- Pour almonds and cranberries onto of chocolate and fold together till everything is mixed and coated with chocolate.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place mounds on silat or parchment paper. Chill and enjoy!
