Prepare the ingredients:
Heat a largeskilleton medium heat. Combineoil,butter, andonionsin the skillet and saute until lightly golden, 3-4 minutes.
Addgingerandgarlicand let cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Cut chicken into small cubes. Addchicken,tomato paste, and spices. (garam masala,chili powder,Fenugreek,cumin,salt,black pepper)
Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Addheavy creamand simmer for 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally.
