- In a mediumsaucepanover medium heat, combineheavy whipping cream,almond milk,swerve,cocoaandcoffee.Whiskto combine and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until reduced by a quarter and coats the back of a spoon.
- Remove from heat and stir in whiskey andvanilla. Add more sweetener or whiskey to taste.
- Let cool. Keep in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
