Method
- Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let the dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375*
- After resting, Roll dough into a 12 X 12 or so rectangle. Divide dough into 12 squares. Place a tablespoon of cheese on square. Top with spoonful of scrambled egg. Crumble 1 slice of bacon ontop. Roll dough around filling and pinch seam . Place seam side down on aparchmentlinedsheet pan.
- Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown and delicious!
