Keto Bacon Egg and Cheese Klobasniky

AKA as the Texas Kolache. This Keto Bacon Egg and Cheese Klobasniky is sure best when it's straight from the oven, the cheese is melting away, and the bacon is still so juicy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ketonia Bread Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbs butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cup Swerve
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs instant yeast
  • 6 eggs (softly scrambled.)
  • 12 slices bacon (cooked)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 egg mixed with 1 tbs water (egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let the dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375*
  3. After resting, Roll dough into a 12 X 12 or so rectangle. Divide dough into 12 squares. Place a tablespoon of cheese on square. Top with spoonful of scrambled egg. Crumble 1 slice of bacon ontop. Roll dough around filling and pinch seam . Place seam side down on aparchmentlinedsheet pan.
  4. Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown and delicious!
