- Preheat oven to 400*
- Prepare Ketonia bread mix according to directions. Allow resting for 30 minutes. After it has rested divide into 3 pieces. Cover 2 with a towel or plastic wrap while you work on the first one.
- Roll dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Using a pizza cutter, cut strips of dough ¾ of an inch thick. Wrap brie with strips (attaching on the underside of the brie) to look like a mummy. Use olives for eyes. Brush with egg wash. Bake 15 to 20 minutes till mummy is golden brown.
- Divide the next piece into 12 pieces. Roll into logs. Press almond onto the fingertip. Paint with red food coloring. Wash with beaten egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, till golden brown. Serve with Brie.
- Roll your last bit of dough into a ¼ inch thick rectangle. With a pizza cutter, cut ¼ inch ribbons. Wrap each dog like a mummy. Dot with mustard for eyes. Bake 15 minutes till golden brown!
