Instructions
Prehteat oven to 475*
Fill a large pot with water, enough to submerge the while head of cauliflower. Mix the rosemary, thyme, dill, cumin, red pepper flakes, bay leaves, better than boullian, butter, and the juice of half a lemon into the pot of water. Carefully place in your head of cauliflower. Set the pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes or until a knife can easily be inserted
Place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown all over.
In a food processor, combine goat cheese, cream cheese, feta cheese, heavy cream, and oil. Mix for 30 seconds-1 minute or until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl. Dip cauliflower in whipped cheese dip & enjoy!
