Instructions
Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let the dough rest , covered, for 60 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté onions in butter till nicely browned. Reserve.
Preheat oven to 375*
After resting, roll dough into a 12 X 12 or so rectangle. Divide dough into 12 squares. Place a big spoonful of scrambled egg on each square.
Place 2 slices roast beef (rolled or folded to fit) on eggs. Top with sautéed onions.
Roll dough around filling and pinch seam. Place seam side down on a parchment lined sheet pan.
Let rise for 1 hour. Brush with egg wash. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till golden brown and delicious! Enjoy!!!
