Instructions
Preheat oven to 325*
Combine the macaroons, seeds, and nuts. Stir to combine.
In a small saucepan, combine butter and brown swerve. Let it boil for 3 or 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and all salt and vanilla. This will bubble like crazy!
Pour sugar mixture over nuts mixture and stir till combined and all nuts are covered with sugar.
Pour onto 2 parchment-lined sheet pans. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or till golden brown.
Let cool.
