Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*Slice zucchini into rounds approximately 1/2 an inch thick and place on parchment lined sheet pan.
Combine the rest of the ingredients, from the cream cheese through the garlic in a large bowl. Stir with a spatula till combined.
Spoon 1 spoonful of cheese mixture on top of each zucchini slice.
Bake in oven till golden brown and zucchini is starting to soften but still has a bit of bite to it. 25-35 minutes (depending on how you slice the zucchini)Serve warm
