butter

toasted walnuts

Instructions
Cut bread into 1-inch cubes, put in an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, walnuts, and berries over bread and mix a bit.
In a bowl whisk together Swerve, eggs, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until combined well and then pour the mixture evenly over bread.
Let sit for half an hour to let the bread absorb the custard mixture. Dot with butter.
Preheat oven to 350° F
Bake the bread mixture, uncovered, in the middle of the oven until puffed and edges are pale golden, 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve immediately or at room temp with whipped cream if desired.
