Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300*
In a large bowl, whisk your egg white until frothy. Add in your swerve, salt, chili powder, cinnamon, and cayenne. Toss in your mixed nuts. (These can be 4 cups of any low carb nuts) Fold in the nuts with a plastic spatula until everything is evenly covered in spices. Spread nuts out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake mixed nuts in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and mix the nuts around. Return them back into the oven and bake for another 20 minutes. Once cooked, let cool for 30 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
