This recipe is a big favorite of mine because of the freshness and flavors, but also because it’s so light and refreshing. The tomatoes and mozzarella cheeses are delicious when paired together and the basil really adds a zing to this salad!

Instructions
Using a knife, core out the stem of the tomato and cut 4 large slices. Cut 4 equally thick slices of mozzarella. Pick 8 leaves of basil. Place the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a plate in order. Sprinkle salt and pepper down the middle and drizzle with olive oil.
