Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine warm water, yeast, and honey. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add in your eggs and whisk slightly. Pour in your Ketonia mix and softened butter. Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes with a paddle attachment or 10-25 minutes by hand. Form into a smooth ball and let rise for 1 hour, covered.
Preheat oven to 400*. Divide the dough into 28 equal portions, about 23 grams each. Cut the hot dogs into 4 equal portions so you end up with 28 hot dog pieces.
Flatten out a piece of dough and lay a piece of hot dog into the middle. Wrap the dough around the hotdog, leaving the ends open. Pinch the seams closed. Lay the pig in a blanket, seam side down, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining hotdogs.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a side of ketchup & mustard if desired.
