Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*
Reserve 1 tbsp bread mix for dusting the work surface. Empty the rest of the bread mix into a large bowl. Add baking powder and salt. Whisk dry ingredients till well blended. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add cream. Using a spatula, combine ingredients till a cohesive ball is made. Empty contents onto the work surface and knead 3 or 4 times.
Pat or roll out dough to ¾ to 1 inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter (You can even use a drinking glass).
Place on Sheet pan, brush with melted butter and bake for 10 to 15 minutes til golden brown and delicious. Brush with more butter when they come out of the oven.
Fry egg in Metal ring if you want it to be the exact size.
Fry up your sausage.
Slice biscuit. Layer sausage, then egg and top with cheese and biscuit. If egg and sausage are still hot enough, they may melt the cheese. Otherwise microwave for 15 to 30 seconds. In your face Micky D’s!!!
