Instructions
Put all ingredients up to the olive oil in the
bowl
of a
food processor
and pulse till its a thick paste.
With machine running , slowly pour in the oil, stopping the machine as necessary to scrape down the bowl. Stir in wine.
Store in a
mason jar
or other container. Float a tbsp or so oil on top to keep from oxidizing. Keep refrigerated.
