Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add eggs. Cook 12 minutes.
Remove eggs from hot water and. cool in ice bath. Peel.
Slice eggs in half. Pop out holds and place in a bowl. Break up yolks with pastry cutter or fork.
Combine yolks with mayo and mustard.Stir till combined.
Place yolk mixture in pastry bag to pipe. You can also spoon yolk mixture into whites
Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
