Instructions
Cream together butter, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice and extracts with Swerve.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Gradually beat mix, baking powder and salt till combined.
Chill dough for ½ and hour.
Scoop dough into table spoon sized balls. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and bake till barely browned, 13 minutes or so.
Sift with powdered Swerve immediately after baking.
Cool and enjoy!
