Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*
On a baking sheet lined with foil, lay 10 slices of bacon on foil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Slice two Ketonia bagels in half, horizontally. Toast all four slices while you prepare eggs.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter on skillet and prepare eggs how you like. We made over easy for our bagels.
Place on slice of cheese on each slice of bagel.
Top two slices of cheese with five slices of bacon and an egg.
Top each sandwich with the remaining bagel half and enjoy!
