Instructions
Combine cream Swerve and nut butter in a bowl of KitchenAid. Using a whisk attachment, whip on low to combine, then on high till soft peaks form. Alternatively, you can use a hand mixer or even a hand whisk! (Great upper body workout. Only on one side though!) Set aside.
In a shallow dish, combine egg, cream, swerve, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk to combine. Soak bread in egg mixture carefully turning bread to soak both sides.
While the bread soaks up the egg mixture, heat nonstick fry pan and swirl with 1 tbsp butter. Fry soaked bread several minutes on each side, until GBAD (golden brown and delicious for those who forgot).
Arrange French Toast on a plate, Sprinkle with Swerve confectioners Sugar and spoon on Whipped cream. This is better than breakfast or breakfast for dinner! This is DESSERT for breakfast!
