Instructions

For the Ketonia Bread Mix:

  • Combine all ingredients and knead bread according to directions on the package. Let dough rest, covered, for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 375*
  • Butter a 8 x 8 pan.
  • After resting, divide dough into 9 equal portions. Roll into balls. Place in buttered pan, cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • After rising, brush rolls with egg wash, sprinkle with parmesan, if desired, and bake for 20 minutes, till lightly browned.
  • Rolls will be stuck together. Once cooled turn rolls onto cutting board. Slice through the middle of the rolls horizontally.
  • Place on a large sheet of foil. You will wrap the sliders up when you reheat, so make sure it's long enough!

For the Pesto Turkey:

  • Combine pesto and mayo in a small bowl and spread evenly on both sides of rolls.
  • Evenly layer turkey then cheese.
  • Mix butter herbs and garlic and brush on top of sliders. Maybe a little more parmesan? Go for it!
  • Wrap sliders in foil, return to the 375* oven till the cheese is melty and the smell is miraculous! Mangia! Enjoy your Keto Pesto Turkey Sliders!
