Keto French Bread Pizza
Geri TerryIngredients
- ½ loaf Ketonia Baking mix bread slice in half
- 2 tbs butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian herb mixture
- ¼ cup Rao’s tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 3 or 4 Basil leaves torn into small pieces.
Instructions
- Spread butter over both halves of the bread, Spread garlic, sprinkle with salt, and herbs.
- Broil till golden brown.
- Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn!
- Spread toasted bread with sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and sprinkle basil over top.
- Return to the broiler until the cheese melts and gets golden brown!
- Ready, set, EAT!
