Keto Corned Beef Hash

Leftovers or not, you can have the perfect corned beef hash for breakfast! You can even have this as sides. We had it keto-fied so we don’t have to worry about the carbs!



Heat cast iron skillet.  Melt butter and swirl to spread evenly. Add onions and squash.

Lower heat to medium cover and cook for 12 minutes, checking to stir occasionally. Cook until squash is soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant for 30 seconds or so. Stir in corned beef and spread mixture evenly in pan. Enjoy!!!
