Keto Butter Chicken
This Keto Butter Chicken is amazing enough for an international dinner party, easy enough to do on a weeknight! So buttery! So keto!
Keto Butter Chicken

- 1 ½ tbsp oil
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 1 onion diced
- 1 ½ tsp fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2.25 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ tbsp garam masala
- 1 ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp Fenugreek
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients:
- Cut chicken into small cubes. Add chicken, tomato paste, and spices. (garam masala, chili powder, Fenugreek, cumin, salt, black pepper)
- Cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stir occasionally.
- Serve over Keto Curry Cauliflower Rice and Keto Naan.
