“Who needs a recipe for Peanut butter on toast?” I hear you ask? Well, probably nobody. But sometimes we DO need a reminder. Pardon me whilst I was poetic on that lunchtime marvel, the toasted peanut butter Sandwich. Elegant in its simplicity, sturdy enough to get you through to snack time. Crispy toast just warm enough to melt the peanut butter to a semi liquid state of perfection. John lived on these in grade school. They hold a warm spot in my heart!
