Easy to make and easier to drink, Mint julep wins the Triple Crown every time!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Ketonia Simple Syrup
- 4 mint leaves Plus a sprig for garnish
- 2 oz Club Soda Splash to taste
Equipment
1 silver or pewter cup

- Place mint leaves in a silver cup or rocks glass. Using a muddle or other wooden tamper, crush mint to release oils and flavor.
- Pour 1 oz (or to taste) simple syrup on top of mint.
- Fill with crushed ice.
- Add 2 oz good bourbon.
- Top with club soda. Add more mint for garnish if desired. Stir and enjoy!
