- 1 large tomato
- 8 oz ball fresh mozzarella
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil California olive ranch
Instructions
- Using a knife, core out the stem of the tomato and cut 4 large slices. Cut 4 equally thick slices of mozzarella. Pick 8 leaves of basil. Place the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil on a plate in order. Sprinkle salt and pepper down the middle and drizzle with olive oil.
