Instructions
 

  • Follow recipe on the back of the Ketonia Bread mix and set aside 4 slices of bread.
  • In a bowl of a stand mixer, whisk egg whites, swerve, allulose, and cream of tartar.
  • Place the bowl over a sauce pan with 2 inches of simmering water. Do not lt the bowl touch the water.
  • Whisk constantly until sweeteners are dissolved and the temperature reaches 160* on a candy thermometer. This will take 4 or 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla.
  • Using a whisk attachment, beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • While you warm your panini press, prepare your sandwiches. On two slices of bread, spread Legendary peanut butter.
  • On the other two pieces, put a dallop of marshmellow cream in the center on the bread.
  • When you close the sandwich, the marshmellow will ooze to the edges.
  • Set the sandwiches into the heated panini press and carefully close the lid.
  • Toast your sandwich until you have acheived your desired tostiness. We did ours on “Dark” for about 2 minutes. Embrace the ooze and enjoy!
