Meatloaf is a traditional dish in America, and it’s always been a popular comfort food. But the conventional way to make meatloaf isn’t the healthiest way. This keto meatloaf has the taste you remember but the nutrition you require. This dish is simple, tasty, and great for feeding a family or party guests. Plus, since it’s made with Ketonia Bread Mix and not breadcrumbs, you get all of the benefits of eating meatloaf without the carbs.

Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375*
  • Cover a large baking dish with aluminum foil  (for easier clean-up)
  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, mixing well.
  • Firmly shape the meat into a loaf and place it in the pan.
  • Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour or till internal temp of 160*
  • *Let the meatloaf stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
