Keto Savory Party Sandwich Loaf

- 1 loaf Ketonia Bread
- 1 lb sliced turkey
- ½ lb cheddar cheese sliced
- ¾ lb bacon cooked
- 2 to matoes thinly sliced
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup mayo
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- For the "Frosting"
- 2 lb cream cheese softened
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 bunch dill or other pretty fresh herbs
- Cream if needed to thin frosting
- Pickled peppers olives, flowers, or whatever strikes your fancy for decorating!
Instructions
- Bake Ketonia Bread according to directions. Let cool.
- I find it's easier to bake bacon on a foil-lined sheet pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so. Or until your preferred crispiness. Slice into 3 layers, horizontally.
- Starting with the bottom of the loaf, spread with half the mayo. Then layer half the turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, and avocado. Top with the middle of bread and repeat, topping with top of the bread loaf.
- Pressing down on the sandwich, wrap the whole thing tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning whip softened cream cheese and mayo together using the cream if need to soften to a frosting-like consistency.
- Spread savory cream cheese frosting on sandwich loaf as if you were frosting a cake, using an offset spatula. Decorate with fresh herbs etc. Refrigerate till serving.
