Ketonia and Your Goals

USING KETONIA’S KETOGENIC PRODUCTS TO REACH YOUR KETO GOALS

What’s up guys? John Terry here with Ketonia. Find us on social media at @ketoniafoods.

I wanted to make this video to tell you guys about how you can use Ketonia Foods to reach your goals (even though this isn’t nutritional advice), and why we do our nutrition label the way that we do.

What is a Nutrition Dual Label?

So in 2020, the U.S. government has decided that everyone needs to make their nutrition label a dual label. So it has both the nutrition info for a single serving and for the entire box or amount of whatever it is that you’re getting. So we wanted to jump into the market having the dual style of nutrition label because we want you guys to know how many calories really are in an entire cheesecake or entire loaf of bread. Because we think that if you know, you’ll be less likely to sit there and eat an entire cheesecake or an entire loaf of bread. Because I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve had some self-control issues with food in the past, and it’s not unheard of for me to sit down with a whole box of chocolate chip cookies and eat all of them.

So we wanted to let you know so that you can make the smart decision and not do that. Because if at the end of the day, if you have 3000 calories during your normal course of your day just eating, and then you come home and eat a thousand calories worth of cheesecake, that’s not going to get you to where you want to go in the speed that you’re going to want it to go at. And at the end of the day, if you’re not going to stay on the ketogenic diet if you’re not seeing the results that you want. So we want to be very forthcoming and find a way that you can use Ketonia products to make your goals more attainable, not less attainable.

How Ketonia products can help you reach your goals?

So all of our products are designed so that you can have a serving without throwing yourself out of ketosis. Now, for some of our products, you can have multiple servings. Like the bread, like you’re probably fine making a sandwich with two slices of bread. That’s kind of what we were intending when we made the bread. Some of the other things have more carbs than you have to think about how many carbs you’ve eaten in the day. Because at the end of the day, you’re still looking to get that 5% of your daily calories coming from carbs. But we just wanted to explain to you why we do our nutrition label the way we do, and how you need to show a little restraint. I don’t want you to switch to a diet where the only thing that you eat is Ketonia chocolate chip cookies, and Ketonia cheesecake, because it is just not going to be the best way for you to live (even though this is not nutritional advice and I’m not a doctor or a dietician or FDA). Thank you.

If you guys have any questions, you know how to reach out, hit us up on social media, and I would love to talk to you. Y’all have a good one!
